Bruce Chen CFP® CLTC
Business Development
Bruce has over 14 years experience in the financial & insurance industry. Upon graduating from UC San Diego, he spent 6 years at one of the largest financial / insurance firms in the world and developed a loyal book of business that followed him. He got tired of all the red tape and bureaucracy that came with working for a fortune 100 company and decided to partner with a hybrid Independent Broker Dealer / RIA to build out the MYZ Enterprise. Bruce is in charge of sales and serves as the initial point of contact for most clients. When not in the field working with clients, you can find Bruce enjoying a glass of wine and improving on his already envious repertoire of dad jokes.
Lesley Ann Tan
Junior Partner - MBA & CFP® Candidate
Lesley spent most of her childhood working part-time in her family's property & casualty insurance agency. Prior to joining the MYZ Enterprise, she spent the last few years building up her own book of business with another large financial institution. Born and raised here in Southern California, Lesley is a graduate of Chapman University. Lesley has extensive experience putting together client appreciation / educational seminars and runs the marketing department for the firm. As a new dog mom, she spends much of her free time spoiling Denver, her adorable not-that-small-anymore German Shepherd / Husky puppy.
Cindy Kong
Senior Consultant
Cindy serves as the resident expert on commercial insurance lines. Whether it’s a worker’s comp or general liability insurance policy, she has over 30 years of experience shopping the marketplace representing families and businesses alike. With her ability to conduct business in 5 different languages, Cindy is an invaluable part of the team consulting on larger businesses and more complex accounts. She is an active member of the community and avid supporter of local businesses. In her free time, Cindy enjoys traveling and spending time with her loving family.
